A small submersible craft carried aboard Thunderbird 2 and used for underwater rescues.
An atomic fusion reactor is used to propel Thunderbird 4 to a speed of 40 knots on the surface and 160 knots underwater. A powerful adjustable searchlight enables aquanaut Gordon Tracy (figure included) to effect deep underwater rescues using a wide variety of instruments including cutting lasers, demolition rockets and battering rams, all contained within the nose section of this the smallest of the International Rescue craft.Requires 1 AA battery (not included).

I just received my yellow submarine and very expected to build this one. I’m impressed of the quality of the molding. The shipping to Canada is faster then expected ( 1 week). I hope to see soon some model from UFO, Supercar, XL5, C’tain Scarlet and Stingray.
United KingdomA very fiddly kit to assemble, especially around the inside of the nose. The nose included the accessory tubes, and the circular end caps which didn't fit inside the tubes. I ended up leaving the lighting and spring assembly off, and as a basic assembly was straightforward. The original Aoshima kit included a diorama, which isn't included in this kit, and there are quite a few partsthat are on the sprues that aren't needed for this kit including some circular parts, and two oblong box shaped pieces that somehow go together, though I can't see any need for them. Also on the sprues is a bottom piece for the kit with a circle cut out of it, which I assume is for attaching it to the diorama for the Aoshima kit. The transfers are reasonably easy to attach, but are also easy to tear, and the red stripe is very fiddly to attach perfectly. The kit is a little smaller than I imagined, being similar in length to Thunderbird 2, but a lot chunkier. In conclusion, it's an awkward kit to build, but shouldn't cause experienced modellers any problems. Recommended, but if you're skill level is beginner or intermediate, build it without the electrics and springs, and glue the arms for the headlight in position.
