NOW SHIPPING!! LIMITED COLLECTORS EDITION: 1000 COPIES WORLDWIDE
The Day After Tomorrow is a rarely-seen telemovie pilot that spanned the production of Space: 1999. This limited collectors edition Blu-ray includes the original movie pilot restored in high definition from the best available master material, restored soundtrack, a special soft-touch slipcase, a poster with full schematic artwork of the ship Altares taken from the original design by Martin Bower plus a wealth of unseen bonus features.
The crew of the lightship Altares, on a mission to discover a new home for humankind, lose control of the craft after it is hit by a meteor shower. With the propulsion system damaged, the crew are left with only their mission of discovery – and no way to return home.
Originally created as a TV pilot, this 47min feature is a rare gem in the universe of creator Gerry Anderson. Produced in 1975 between the two series of Space: 1999, it marks a high point in live action sci-fi and is a showcase of the incredible models, special effects, music and renowned cast that characterise Anderson’s work. Presented here for the first time in high definition, this special edition box set features a brand new restoration plus a wealth of extra features.

Very high quality restoration Please make UFO on Blu-ray for all us 70s fans !! Thanks for keeping good video available. Not subscription tv
A Good Film - Nice To See Ed Bishop Is In The Film - Also The Actors From Space 1999 - Nice Product !!
We all have examples where bluray has upgraded the picture quality to a whole new level. Into Infinity has benefited the viewing experience majorly from the last DVD issue. Oh the details to look at, and worth the purchase. The bonus features are great and add significantly to the appreciation of the film with anecdotes and look at the actors today. There hasn't been any news to say there will be a wider release after this run of 1000. I expect that after-market sellers will gouge fans later, if you don't buy now.
Excellent service
Anderson Entertainment deserve full praise for this excellent release of "The Day After Tomorrow: Into Infinity". The excellent retrospective documentary, featuring the recollections of Nick Tate, Brian Blessed, and Katharine Levy, plus the commentary accompanying the production itself, with Brian Blessed and Katharine Levy, are well worth the purchase price alone. Highly recommended!
