United StatesSo - I'll admit I was a little skeptical, but I am super happy. First - and I know I was just imagining, but I swear I saw Alan Carter get out of the DHL truck, wink at me and hop back in after leaping across the lawn and delivering my package. I ordered it Tuesday and was delivered here in the US on Friday morning. Next day EAGLE service! The box was a little beat up - but they were wrapped up very well inside so made the journey in great shape. The hard back books are awesome coffee table size, nicely bound and the paper quality is great. The content is what I had hoped for. These are XMAS presents for myself so they get wrapped up and under the tree for later, but the initial scan of each book has me wanting more. Both UFO and Space:1999 were my two gateway shows to Sci-Fi (yeah-yeah along with Star Trek), but these manuals are a must for fans, they are just packed full of fun stuff. I still have my Dinky Eagle toy (even the insert with the nuke waste bins), wish I still had my Interceptor though - but the the memories of staying up late and sneaking in episodes of UFO late at night or Saturday afternoon with the Moonbase Alpha team are flooding back.
