Dramatic music starts. The rumbling of engines is heard. No dialogue yet, no narrator setting the scene. There is no need! The sound of SHADO Mobiles moving through the countryside is that distinctive. Very effective story telling as befits the gritty UFO. Listened to each story on my evening walk and started right back at the beginning on the next night. It's that good!
United KingdomGreat audio adventures about the origins of the Shado orginisation. The first story introducing Ed Straker is slightly slow paced (as it has to set up the entire premise), but the other two discs are much faster paced and excellent stories. Looking forward to further releases. Just a shame that they couldn't use the original Barry Gray music recording for the titles. Recommended.
