We operate a tiered shipping, packaging and handling fee applies by weight, with free shipping for orders over a certain value (£50 UK, various ROW). Sometimes the bulkiness of an item, or another factor may push your shipping costs into the next bracket up. All of our items are packed by our team at our UK & International warehouse depending on inventory location and availability.

We have a FAB no hassle returns policy. If your item arrives as is damaged, incorrect, the wrong size, or even if you've just changed your mind then you can quickly and easily arrange a return. Sometimes, due to global logistics and related costs, we may make a small charge to process your return and get your item back to us. Just click the link in our tracking email and follow the instructions to create your return label. Alternatively contact our support team and they'll help you to arrange your return. Then just send it back, and we'll refund or replace your item as soon as possible!
