To give our FAB team some well-deserved time off this year, our Customer Support will be closed from 22nd December 2022 to 4th January 2023. If you submit a request during this time we will respond as soon as possible after January 4th.

Please note that due to ongoing industrial action by Royal Mail workers the speed of mail shipments is being greatly impacted with many orders currently taking ten business days to arrive. We anticipate that this may increase so we recommend ordering as soon as possible, if you are hoping for items to arrive before Christmas 2022.. As such the dates below are guidance only.

Monday 12 December – last order date for manufacture on demand

Monday 12 December  - 2nd Class and 2nd Class Signed For

Wednesday 16 December - 1st Class and 1st Class Signed For and Royal Mail Tracked 48

Thursday 19 December - DHL, DPD, FedEx and Royal Mail Tracked 24

Friday 21 December  - Special Delivery Guaranteed. DPD and DHL Next Day

International

Thursday 24 November - last order date for ROW (ex UK, EU and USA) manufacture on demand orders.

Tuesday 29 November - last order date for EU manufacture on demand

Thursday 1 December - Caribbean, Australia and New Zealand

Monday 5 December - last order date for USA manufacture on demand from UK

Wednesday 7 December - Africa, Central and South America, Asia, Far and Middle East

Thursday 8 December - Cyprus and Malta

Friday 9 December - Greece, Eastern Europe (except Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia), Turkey
