How to use a discount code

If you've received a discount code, and aren't sure how to use it - here's a quick guide. 

Firstly please note:

• Only one discount code can be used at a time. You cannot apply multiple discounts to the same purchase.
• Discount codes cannot be used on bundled items (which are already discounted).

Here's how to use your code and get your discount.

1. Add all of your items to your cart.
2. Go to your cart.
3. Check you're happy and click 'Checkout'
4. On the right hand side of the checkout, look for a box marked 'Gift card'. Add your code there and click 'Apply'
   
   
   
   
5. Your discount has now been applied to your cart.
6. Continue your checkout to complete your order.

If this didn't work:

• Please check your code is still valid. Many of the discount codes we issue are time-limited, or can only be used once per person.
• Make sure you've copied and pasted the code, rather than trying to retype it - as mistakes can easily be made.
• Contact customer services to ask for assistance.
