Fast, armed, armoured and amphibious, the Spectrum Pursuit Vehicle is Spectrum's major Earth-bound combat force. A ten-wheeled two-seater bullet-proof vehicle capable of speeds over 200 mph (322 kmph), the 25 ft (7.62 m) long SPV has no windscreen and is driven from an aircraft-type bucket seat with the driver sitting facing the rear, steering the lightweight multi-purpose motors by television monitor.
Entry to the vehicle is via a sliding side panel which incorporates the driver's seat. Each SPV is equipped with revolutionary radar installations, super sensitive two-way radios, an air-conditioning plant and a proteinised food supply, enabling the crew to remain entirely self-sufficient for long periods. The SPV's armament consists of laser cannons, ground-to- air missiles and electrode ray cannons - the only truly effective anti-Mysteron weapon.

CanadaI'm from Canada and ordering from the "The Official Gerry Anderson Store" is the way to go. My Corgi SPV was delivered to my door promptly without any problem. This Spectrum SPV reproduction is so beautiful. Nothing was missing or broken. The model is accurate and a joy to look at. I'm 65 years old and I grew up watching Gerry Anderson's production as soon as they were released on TV in french here in Québec. United KingdomMany thanks for the detailed corgi SPV it reminded me of the dinky one I have also it's very nicely detailed and is sitting behind my Angel interceptor on my computer ah.. happy days.
AustraliaArrived very quickly - nicely detailed toy - certainly suitable for display. Paintwork and decals carefully applied. Better looking and more screen accurate than the original Dinky that I had many years ago. Thankfully two missiles are supplied as I managed to lose one behind a cabinet already.
United KingdomThis model is much closer to the TV SPV than my original Corgi of nearly 50yrs ago. The original was solid but less accurate- mine even had a black rubber bumper which I was eternally disappointed with. A bit of Humbrol white enamel probably would have sorted it but that was a tall order for a 6 or 7 yr old! No such problems with this one which is pretty much spot on for the price point, perhaps a little too glossy if I was going to be critical. Easily remedied now with 50yrs modelling experience behind me. Overall, s really nice model.
